Headway Housing is a 21st century therapeutic supported housing provider that delivers outstanding semi-independent accommodation and tailored packages of support to young people (aged 16-24).
Our aim is to offer young people the support, protection and learning opportunities they require in preparation of leaving local authority care. We want to provide a platform to develop the social, emotional and practical skills that they will need to make a safe, rewarding and successful transition to adult life. Our highly skilled and experienced team is enthusiastic and determined to work in an effective partnership with young people, their social workers and other relevant professionals and services, and when required, their families; to ensure that young people can learn to utilise their full potential, work towards achieving their goals and move on with confidence and resilience in becoming responsible members of their own community, and wider society.
